The tomatoes

  • Piennolo of Vesuvius DOP

    Exclusive to the Campania region, it is known locally as “Piennolo,” from the traditional method of conservation “on the bunch.” The flavor is sweet, but with a characteristic slightly acidic aftertaste and a salty touch, typical of the volcanic soils on which it is grown.

  • Vesuvius Yellow

    Typical variety of the Vesuvius region in Campania, it is usually flattened at the ends with a pointed lace. The taste is slightly acidic, with a marked sweetness. The origin is presumably older than the red one, as the name "golden apple" suggests.
