Our marmalade is made exclusively with oranges from the Sorrento Peninsula, famous throughout the world for its high-quality citrus fruits. Local farmers grow mandarins in the region, taking advantage of the favorable Mediterranean climate and traditional cultivation techniques.
The marmalade has a bright orange color linked to the vivacity of the fruit and has a soft consistency, with small pieces of mandarin peel that add an interesting texture and a touch of bitterness. The main flavor is dominated by mandarins, combining the typical sweetness of the fruit with a fresh acidity. The aroma is intense and citrusy, with fresh and fragrant notes that recall the scent of ripe mandarins.
